If you want to try the PINZA, the thicker dew pizza, with long levitation, this is the place. High quality ingredients, friendly staff: always busy. Reservation mandatory or try to go sharp at 7:00 pm, as soon as it opens

THE roman neighborhood: nowhere else so many restaurants. Small middle age streets, cozy, a bit crowded at night (but there is a reason for it)

Our favorite restaurant in Trastevere. If Trastevere is the must to go for dining outside in Rome, this is a must to try. Open only for dinner. Opens at 7:00 PM, better to go as soon as it opens to avoid the crowd.

This is the absolute must for those who want to try the real “Roman Pizza” … thin, crispy and sometimes over burned … definitely out of the tourists routes, in San Lorenzo, a University and students district, eat this cheap and good pizza … don’t expect to find English speaking waiters … but this is part of the game!
